We are a privately owned, nationwide business with offices located in Charlotte, North Carolina and Orlando, Florida with sales reps across the country. Our team is dedicated to serving the business community both large and small by helping them to reduce costs, mitigate risks and increase profitability by providing white glove service with silver platter results via their merchant processing solutions. We serve a wide range of businesses making it easier and more profitable for them to collect payments for their products and services.
Prior to starting EBA Payments, our founder played college football (Catawba College) and served for 10 years in the US Army. Once his service to the country was complete, he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and began work as a Registered Investment Advisor for Jefferson-Pilot Financial. He later was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug while working for the Tom James Company, selling custom clothing to other successful business professionals and owners. He created Eric Bostic & Associates, LLC (EBA Payments) in 2007 and has built it into one of the most successful ISOs in the country having been featured on the cover of Transaction Trends (our industry trade magazine) and in advertisements with the Electronics Transactions Association.
Simply put, we are an industry technology leader, who provides payment solutions for all types of businesses, no matter the size, with personalized service. We also have partnered with 4 of the largest payment processors in the US and for that reason you never have to worry. One of our experienced sales professionals can analyze your business needs and then provide you with the latest technology to maximize your business profits. At EBA we are proud to say that we have helped over 4000 businesses with their payment processing needs. Put us to the test and you will not be disappointed!
"The cost of accepting electronic payment continues to rise. Up until this point we have absorbed all of this cost. However, in order to keep our prices competitive we have decided to price all goods and services on a dual pricing platform. We still welcome credit card payments. However, there will be a discount given to those who pay cash or with pin debit.
We are able to pass this fee to the customer because of a system installed and maintained by our good friend, Chris Etters who works for Eric Bostic at EBA Payments. Eric suggested we try out the Cash Discount/Dual Payments first instead of traditional processing. His company does both types of processing and provided our credit card machines for FREE. I was apprehensive but decided we could do it for a few months and see how it went. If we got too much push back, I could always change back to traditional processing with the same equipment. That was in August of this year (2022).
We are sure to inform the customer upfront about the new service fee. I have been amazed at how little push back we have received. The great thing about this system, if you do encounter conflict, you have an override button and can still run a credit card as traditional processing.
Another must have for me was personalized gift cards that work with our credit card machines and these have it. We have been processing our own gift cards for years and I could not lose this ability. My graphics guy came up with a new design and Eric & his team had them made for me. They look amazing and work just like they should.
Overall, 3 months in and I am kicking myself for waiting so long. If you are looking for a way to save money next year, I recommend giving Eric and his team at EBA Payments a call."

"I've used EBA Payments to handle payments for all 3 of my restaurants for 12 years now and when I open up the next one they will handle services there as well. Eric and his team are fabulous. Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed."

"I'm an old school guy and don't like change. I was apprehensive at first about dual pricing but they answered my questions and even set up the equipment.I knew it would be good for my business and I'll be darned if it wasn't! I wish this was around 25 years ago when I started. I can only think about all the money I spent on fees and just shake my head. Working with EBA Payments has been the smartest thing I've done for my business."
